When the pundits said this week’s Citrus Slam at the St. Johns River was going to be dominated by sight-fishing, I don’t think they were referring to manatees.
Elite Series rookie and BassParade feature blogger Brandon Palaniuk sent us a text this morning that included the pic to the left and said: “Gotta’ love Florida. And yes, that is a manatee!”
You mean they don’t have manatees in Idaho? I hope Brandon’s got some 1,000-pound test and one heck of a flippin’ stick if he plans to swing that sow into the boat.
