A guy supposedly named “Rip Bass” won the American Bass Anglers American Fishing Tour event on the Pamlico-Tar Rivers, NC in February 2010…which we recently tripped over in the process of checking FishingGold data fyi. Anyone know the guy? Asking because that name sounds…suspicious.

I don’t either. But I should. Quick story: Last summer I had my son and my father out on the boat, fishing the salt. A 40+ foot sailboat came literally straight at us. I kept thinking the guy would turn – I was looking right at him, then yelling, waving my arms.
