Y'all know I like to keep this PG at most, hopefully this qualifies, too nutty not to mention:

1. CA: Basser dies on Delta.

> Officials say the accident happened around 11:30 a.m. Saturday near the Cruiser Haven Marina in Brentwood.

> Two men in an 18-foot fishing boat slammed into something underwater just on the other side of the bridge. The impact knocked their engine off and sent both men overboard. Their boat then hit the bridge.

> "One of them flew pretty far," Ofstad said "And I talked to him afterwards and he was pretty shaken up and he doesn't really remember anything from the impact of the boat."

> …both men were in town for a bass fishing tournament and they were both wearing life jackets. But when they went over, only one surfaced.

> Emergency crews searched for the missing man until his body was recovered around 5:15 p.m. His body was found not far from the scene of the crash.
